HI All,
Been really fun in Colorado staying with Shannon and Joe - owners of om time yoga. Well, as the universe would have it, the perfect remedy for my travel worn body, an evening of acro - yoga. A little hestantly I decided to go to om time for an evening acro - yoga workshop with a very cool guy named Jason Nemer. You can check him out at www.acroyoga.org. Well, it was a blast and very blissful...and now the container has expanded and am ready to sing the next two nights. Here is a photo of Jason "flying" me. Lift Off and Love! David
